We made three different kinds of sliders and added frozen fries from Publix and fruit with this meal!!!
Ingredients
- 1 bag of baby carrots
- spoonful of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 package of ground beef
- montreal steak seasoning
- worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 of an onion (maybe more depending on the sliders you want to make)
- 3 strips of bacon (maybe more depending on the sliders you want to make)
- 3 slices of American cheese (maybe more depending on the sliders you want to make)
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
Directions
Bacon and Cheese Slider
- cut bacon in half and cook bacon in a pan (not fully cooked but floppy)
- cut 1 slice of cheese in half
- take a small amount of ground beef and add cooked bacon and cheese on top. Add the rest of the ground beef (about the size of a ping pong ball) and roll into a ball. Set aside
Plain Slider
- take enough ground beef to make a ball the size of a ping pong ball and roll the meat int a ball. Set aside.
Onion Slider
- dice the onion
- get a small amount of ground beef. add about half of a handful with the meat and roll into a ball the size of a ping pong ball. Set aside.
Put all the sliders made into the refrigerator.
Steamed Carrots
- add whole bag of steamed carrots into a small pot
- add 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil
- add garlic
- add 1 teaspoon of salt
- add 1 teaspoon of pepper
- cook for fifteen minutes stirring occasionally
Caramelized Onions
- add the rest of the chopped onions into a pan with olive oil and salt and pepper. cook until onions are see through
- add sugar and cook for about five minutes stirring occasionally. (until onions are a golden brown)
Cooking Sliders
- take sliders out of the refrigerator and marinate with Montreal steak sauce (about a teaspoon for each slider) and Worcestershire sauce (just a couple drops for each slider)
- butter pan and cook each slider for about 5-10 minutes
- If you want cheese, cook slider until almost finished and then add cheese on top for about two minutes
Then top your sliders with the toppings of your choice (especially the caramelized onions!)
