Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1/4 cup of chopped onions
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- 1/2 cup of buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup of ranch
- 1 package of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese
Directions
- preheat oven to 350
- cook cut onions and 1/2 tablespoon of butter in pan on medium until onions are see through
- add in chicken, chicken broth, and rest of butter
- cook for 12 minutes
- line the cake pan with cream cheese
- mix in chicken, ranch, and buffalo sauce
- cook for 20 minutes
- top with cheese
Black Bean and Corn Mexican Dip
Ingredients
- 1 red pepper
- 1/2 cup of red onion
- 1 can of white corn
- 1 can of black beans
- 1 tomato
- 1 avocado
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 1/3 cup of cilantro
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of line juice
- salt and pepper
Directions
- chop the pepper, onion, tomato, and avocado
- drain the white corn and black beans
- combine everything but the avocado. mix
- add avocado once mixed
Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 1 cup of blueberries
- peach pie filling
- 1 banana
Directions
- cut apple into bite size pieces
- cut banana into bite size pieces
- add all the fruit into a bowl
- mix in peach pie filling
Pigs in a Blanket
Ingredients
- 8 rolls of pillsbury crescents
- 4 hotdogs
Directions
- cut hot dogs in half
- wrap hot dogs in the crescents
- cook in oven (box will say how long crescents should be cooked for)
- once cooked, cut into bit size pieces (easier for sharing)
