Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1/4 cup of chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup of chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup of buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup of ranch
  • 1 package of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese

Directions

  • preheat oven to 350
  • cook cut onions and 1/2 tablespoon of butter in pan on medium until onions are see through
  • add in chicken, chicken broth, and rest of butter
  • cook for 12 minutes
  • line the cake pan with cream cheese
  • mix in chicken, ranch, and buffalo sauce
  • cook for 20 minutes
  • top with cheese

Black Bean and Corn Mexican Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 red pepper 
  • 1/2 cup of red onion 
  • 1 can of white corn
  • 1 can of black beans
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 avocado 
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
  • 1/3 cup of cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of line juice
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  • chop the pepper, onion, tomato, and avocado
  • drain the white corn and black beans
  • combine everything but the avocado. mix
  • add avocado once mixed


Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • peach pie filling
  • 1 banana

Directions

  • cut apple into bite size pieces
  • cut banana into bite size pieces
  • add all the fruit into a bowl
  • mix in peach pie filling


Pigs in a Blanket

Ingredients

  • 8 rolls of pillsbury crescents
  • 4 hotdogs


Directions

  • cut hot dogs in half
  • wrap hot dogs in the crescents
  • cook in oven (box will say how long crescents should be cooked for)
  • once cooked, cut into bit size pieces (easier for sharing)
