Chicken Nachos
Ingredients
- about one bag of tortilla chips
- can of black beans
- bag of shredded American cheese
- 1 small tomato (1/2 of a tomato)
- 1/2 of an onion
- 1 chicken breast
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1/2 cup of lettuce
- 1/2 tablespoon of butter
Directions
Chicken
- dice the onions
- put 1/2 of the diced onions in a pan with the butter
- cook until the onions are see through
- add a spoonful of garlic, chicken, and chicken broth
- cook for 12-15 minutes
- cut the chicken into bite sized pieces
Nachos
- preheat oven to 375
- put a layer of chips at the bottom of cake pan (larger size)
- add onions and sliced tomatoes
- add another layer of chips
- add black beans, lettuce, and chicken
- add another layer of chips
- add cheese
- cook for 7-9 minutes
